Full Day

By far, the most popular trips on the Rio Grande and Rio Chama are full day adventures.  We have a wide variety of Full Day Trips to choose from. Of course, all of our Full Day adventures include a full lunch for you to stay energized and best equipped to enjoy all of the amazing whitewater, wilderness and wildlife encounters waiting for you downstream.  From mellow whitewater floats through the gorgeous sandstone and limestone canyons of the Rio Chama to the wild whitewater of the Taos Box Canyon.  New Mexico River Adventures is also the only company in the country to offer trips through the remote and challenging Razorblades section of the Upper Rio Grande. Of course not to be overlooked is the less committing class 3 option of the La Junta section found below the confluence of the Red River. We also have put together some wonderful combination trips like our famous Whitewater and Wine Tasting Full Day trip to offer a great exploration of the wilderness and local wines in the area.  Regardless of what your interests, we are sure to have the adventure that fits your group the best.
