Our Guide School is primarily designed for individuals 18 years old and above that are seeking employment with NMRA for the season. We offer extremely competitive wages and a place to stay for those that are not from New Mexico. Northern New Mexico and the Rio Grande and Rio Chama is extremely beautiful with a rich culture that will capture your heart. And, unlike our neighbors to the north, a fraction of the number of people to share the wild rivers with.

We offer 2 Guide Schools which are both 9 days long. The first begins April 25^th and the second begins May 17^th. Unlike most of the Guide Schools offered throughout the country, ours is FREE to qualified applicants.
